Therapy for Therapists, Healthcare Professionals, Caregivers, and Others Ready for Lasting Change

You have spent years showing up for others. Perhaps you're the one people depend on, the one who keeps everything together, or the one who rarely slows down long enough to ask what you need.

Over time, this can lead to recurring emotional and relationship patterns that leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, or stuck.

Therapy offers a space where your healing comes first.

Together, we'll explore the deeper wounds beneath these patterns, helping you cultivate greater self-awareness, healthier relationships, and lasting change in a way that feels compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you.

Ways We Can Work Together

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a dedicated space to focus on yourself—your healing, your growth, and the parts of you that may have been overlooked while caring for others.

Therapy may help you:

  • Feel less overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted

  • Develop healthier boundaries

  • Strengthen self-trust and self-compassion

  • Improve relationships

  • Heal from painful experiences

  • Create meaningful, lasting change

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Many of us develop protective patterns that once helped us cope but no longer serve us.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps you understand and heal the different "parts" of yourself—including the parts that strive, criticize, avoid, or put everyone else first.

Rather than fighting these parts, we'll learn to understand them with curiosity and compassion, allowing healing to occur at a deeper level.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Some experiences continue to affect us long after they have passed.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based treatment that helps reduce the emotional distress connected to painful memories without requiring you to repeatedly relive them.

ART can be especially helpful for:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety

  • Distressing memories

  • Grief

  • Relationship wounds

  • Negative self-beliefs
