What to Expect

01. Reach Out

When you are ready to connect, please send me an email.

If you prefer to speak by phone, begin by sending an initial email indicating your preference, and we can coordinate a convenient time for a call.

During this initial contact, we will:

  • Review any questions you may have

  • Schedule your first appointment

  • Provide the intake forms that will need to be completed prior to that appointment

02. Initial Individual Session

During your initial session, I conduct an assessment.

In this assessment, I seek to understand what brings you to therapy, explore relevant history, identify what you would like to gain from the therapeutic process, and begin developing your individualized treatment plan.

Additionally, we discuss:

  • The limits of confidentiality

  • Any questions you may have about the intake forms

  • Outline the schedule for subsequent sessions

03. Ongoing Individual Sessions

The intention of our ongoing work together is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and focus on your healing and growth.

Sessions may include:

  • Talk therapy and exploration of current concerns

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS) and parts work

  • Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and eye movement exercises

  • Psychoeducation and skill-building

  • Mindfulness and grounding practices

  • Reflective exercises and writing prompts

As we continue our work together, we will:

  • Identify meaningful goals and areas for growth

  • Develop practical tools and strategies for everyday life

  • Explore and heal the deeper wounds contributing to recurring patterns

  • Regularly review your progress and treatment goals

  • Adjust our approach as your needs evolve

My goal is to remain attuned to you, your experiences, and your unique healing journey.
